1.3 Conduct Requirements

• • Refrain from any harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour
• • Not interfere with our team's work or methods

• • Respect our team members' right to a safe working environment

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately without refund if these conduct standards are violated.

1.4 Legal Compliance

You warrant that:

• • The property does not contain illegal materials or substances
• • You comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• • You have disclosed all relevant information required by law

1.5 Payment Obligations

You agree to:

• • Cover any additional charges for services beyond the agreed scope
• • Pay applicable cancellation fees if insufficient notice is provided

Ferndale operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Ferndale or our staff.
